Coffee & Conversations

Our weekly coffee and conversation support groups offers a safe space where we can come together as a community to have casual conversations about all things mental wellness. 

 

Our weekly support group is led by a bilingual social worker who provides realistic and actionable steps towards managing the daily stressors of life.

Salsa a Salud™ Program

Paso a Paso™, Step by Step Salsa is a program that aims to highlight the mind-body connection to destigmatize the conversation about mental health.

Participants take part in an empowering Salsa dancing session that takes them through our signature P.A.S.O.™ framework.

Storytelling through W.A.V.E.™ 

Our W.A.V.E.™ program is an immersive workshop designed to help our youth ease through life's normal stressors bylearning how to manage their emotions. Helping them understand and control their reactions to life's challenges, and create positive relationships with peers and adults. The workshop is designed to be engaging, interactive, and fun. It encourages youth to make healthy choices and develop resilience.

Que Paso Latinx's Youth Ambassador program provides an opportunity for youth to make a positive change in their community through outreach, advocacy, and by sparking meaningful conversations about the mental health challenges that affect our communities every day.
