SALSA A SALUD

Salsa a Salud is a dance wellness program that bridges mental and physical wellness. With the instruction of a seasoned dance instructor/ social worker, participants are able to learn cultural salsa dancing while learning how to use dance as a tool for releasing stress and grounding.

W.A.V.E

This weekly youth group is designed for teens and pre-teens to come together and in a safe  and engaging space. In this group youth are taught to manage their emotions and behavior using the W.A.V.E framework for mental health while engaging in group activities

Our support groups offer a welcoming and safe space for individuals to share, reflect, and connect over shared and unique life experiences. For your convenience, we offer both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for all participants.​​

Pages & Bridges: Weekly, bi-lingual, open support group  for individuals seeking connection and understanding.

Parents Support Group: Monthly, bi-lingual support group for parents and caretakers designed for parents and caretakers to share their experiences and receive guidance.

​

Mindful Men: A monthly support group for men focusing on mental health, emotional wellness, and building meaningful connections in a supportive environment.
